The EDUFAX Educational FAQ
I am interested in SAT/PSAT/ACT.....
| Question #71: |
- If I can retake the SAT II or the SAT I, which is more important?
|
| Answer #71: |
- You have asked a new version of the traditional unanswerable question: Should I walk to school or carry my lunch?
Before I could even begin to help you answer this question, I would
need to know:
- What are your SAT I scores?
- Are they congruent with the schools you are considering?
- Do the schools to which you are applying require SAT IIs?
- Have you taken any SAT IIs? If so, how did you do?
- Have you taken any courses this year that correspond to SAT II
subjects?
- Do you feel confident about any specific subjects?
So, you see, even if you resolve the question of whether or not to
walk to school, it still has nothing to do with whether or not you
carry your lunch.
EDUFAX provides Verbal Test Prep Tutorials (PSAT/SAT I/SAT II/ACT).
