The EDUFAX Educational FAQ
I am interested in SAT/PSAT/ACT.....
| Question #69: |
- My daughter took a computerized PSAT. I can't find a
scale that tells we what grade she should be in. Her scores were:
Verbal=20, Writing=26, Math=22.
|
| Answer #69: |
- Before I can begin to answer your question, I would need to know
your daughter's age and her educational background. Since the PSAT
scores are generally referenced for collegebound high school
juniors, the numbers have specific meaning for that age group only.
Your daughter's numbers would be extremely low for a high school
junior, since the test is graded from 20 to 80. However, if she is
in a different category, there might be a comparative assessment we
could do.
EDUFAX provides Verbal Test Prep Tutorials (PSAT/SAT I/SAT II/ACT).
