The EDUFAX Educational FAQ
I am interested in RETURNING to school.....
| Question #10: |
- I have been a paralegal for 12 years. I now want to
become an attorney. I have an AA degree and some credits towards a
BA. What is my best plan of action ?
|
| Answer #10: |
-
Finish your BA as quickly and as competently as possible. Make sure
you complete pre-law requirements. Use every contact you have ever
made in your 12 years of paralegal work when you start applying to
law school. There are also part-time law programs which will allow
you to work while you receive your graduate education. When
researching schools, find out what the entrance requirements are,
and start preparing for the LSAT.
There is no easy way to reach your goal, but the ends clearly
justify the means.
EDUFAX provides services for the Adult/Non-Traditional/Re-entry Student.
