Many schools accommodate the needs of LD students and will provide notetakers, tapes, writing support, extended time, and whatever the individual student needs. But only the college which is geared toward teaching the LD student advocacy before sending him or her out into the academic world of continued higher education is Landmark College in Putney, VT. Curry College in Milton, MA, was also one of the earliest schools to incorporate LD support into its coursework. LD students must choose their college programs according to the nature and severity of the learning difference. If I were you, I would speak to Landmark College first. They are the expert's expert.
