  • The Learning Disabilities Association is always a good resource for any questions related to LD, but here is some information on scholarships for students with diagnosed learning disabilities:

      Scholarships awarded to students with disabilities who have a permanent residence in Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington. Students should have an career interest in finance, business or computer systems. Students must have a 3.0 cumulative grade point average.When choosing a school for your daughter, be careful to find an environment which challenges her and does not assume that her learning disability makes her unable to learn. Be sure to find a school where they will help her find the way that she learns best and set her on a journey toward success and self-esteem.
