The EDUFAX Educational FAQ
I am an INTERNATIONAL, FOREIGN STUDENT interested in applying to an American college.....
| Question #22: |
- Must I take the TOEFL in order to get into an American
graduate school?
|
| Answer #22: |
-
Most international students are required to take the TOEFL, although
specific programs can waive the requirement for special
circumstances. You should contact the graduate schools which
interest you and verify which requirements apply to your specific
situation. If you believe you have a special circumstance, you
should discuss the issue with the admissions officer.
If this process sounds too daunting, you should contact an
educational consultant experienced in assisting international
students with graduate school applications. You could also avail
yourself of the EDUFAX services for the International Applicant.
