Business schools are usually delighted to accept Psychology graduates, since most business deals depend on the ability to understand the behaviors of the people making the deal. There is also a great need for people who study organizational behavior, a corporate system of making sure that employees have what they want and that employers know how to recognize those needs. You definitely do not need an undergraduate degree in Business to pursue an MBA.
