The EDUFAX Educational FAQ

I am interested in GRADUATE SCHOOL.....

Question #15:
  • What graduate schools do not require the GRE?
Answer #15:
  • Unfortunately, there is no ready-made answer to your question. Every graduate school has different requirements for each department. Even within the same university, some departments require the GRE or GMAT and others accept alternate tests (such as the Miller Analogies Test). The only way to find out the answer to your question is to make a list of schools, call the department which interests you, and ask them what testing they require. Many schools now accept other standardized test options, such as the Miller Analogies Test. From my own experience, I can tell you that the Harvard University Graduate School of Education will accept the Miller Analogies Test instead of the GRE.
EDUFAX provides services for the Graduate School Applicant.
