*** Marcia Rubinstien, Director of EDUFAX, comments:
Some state universities offer special tuition packages to semi-finalists and finalists in their own states and several state universities, such as the University of Texas, offer special tuition fees to finalists in a range of states surrounding their own. If you are a recognized student in the NMSQT, it is wise and often quite rewarding to inquire what benefits a school might offer in acknowledgement of your excellent performance.
